Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Letrica website located at letrica.io (the "Service"), operated by Individual Entrepreneur Heorhi Paulau ("Letrica," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or purchasing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Letrica provides AI-powered Instagram profile analysis and growth reporting. Upon purchase, our system analyzes publicly available Instagram profile data and generates a personalized written report that may include content insights, engagement analysis, and prioritized growth recommendations (the "Report").

The Report is delivered digitally and is for informational purposes only. Results are based on publicly accessible data at the time of analysis and are not guaranteed to produce specific outcomes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use the Service. By using Letrica, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account and Orders

No account registration is required to use the Service. Your order is associated with a temporary session and the email address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information.

Each purchase covers a single Report for a single Instagram handle submitted at checkout. Reports are non-transferable and may not be reassigned to a different handle after purchase.

4. Payments and Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable fees. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your payment card information.

Pricing is subject to change without notice. The price displayed at checkout is the price you will be charged for that transaction.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and automated nature of the Service, all sales are final once a Report has been generated and delivered. We do not offer refunds after the Report has been successfully created.

If the Service fails to deliver a Report due to a technical error on our end, you are entitled to a full refund or a free re-run of the analysis. To request a refund under these circumstances, please contact us at support@letrica.io within 7 days of purchase.

We reserve the right to issue refunds at our discretion in cases of exceptional circumstances.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to analyze accounts you do not own or have explicit permission to analyze.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense Reports without our written consent.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data or methodology from the Service.
  • Misrepresent your identity or the Instagram handle you submit at checkout.

7. Intellectual Property

Letrica and its underlying technology, algorithms, design, and content are the exclusive property of Letrica and its licensors, protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Upon delivery of your Report, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own business or personal purposes. You may not publish, resell, or commercially exploit the Report without our prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on publicly available Instagram data. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Our ability to retrieve profile data may be affected by changes to Instagram's platform or policies at any time.

Our order process may be conducted by third-party payment and reseller services that act as Merchant of Record and handle billing, taxes, and returns. By completing a purchase, you also agree to the terms and privacy policy of the payment provider presented at checkout.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Reports will achieve specific growth results. Growth outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LETRICA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APPLICABLE ORDER.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at support@letrica.io. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in English.

YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION LITIGATION.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
